Contract Review Cheat Code
I’m working through a 1031 Exchange right now and had a legal document I needed to review before signing. This is one of the most practical ways to use AI: not to replace your attorney, but to quickly scan a contract for red flags, unfair terms, vague language, hidden obligations, and questions you should ask before you sign. Use this before reviewing vendor agreements, lending docs, service agreements, lease terms, partnership agreements, 1031 documents, or anything else where the fine print matters. Before you give it to AI, remove private client info, account numbers, signatures, addresses, or anything confidential. Check the first comment for the prompt I used ↓

How to port your ChatGPT brain into Claude (in 2 minutes)
I’ve mentioned before why Claude is my daily driver over ChatGPT. It comes down to this: ChatGPT is great at thinking, but Claude is an intelligent executor. If you’ve been wanting to transfer your context from ChatGPT over to Claude, you don't have to start from scratch. It takes two minutes. Check out the screenshots for a visual guide. The Workflow: 1. Open Claude and go to Settings. 2. Click Capabilities. 3. Copy the prompt provided there (I’ve also dropped it in the first comment below for easy access). 4. Paste that prompt into ChatGPT. It will package the most valuable stored memories. 5. Drop that output straight into Claude and click Save to Memory. This doesn’t alter or impact your ChatGPT account in any way. It just means you aren't locked into a single ecosystem. Run them side-by-side this week and watch the difference in how they handle actual execution. Enjoy.

Claude Just Dropped Live Artifacts ⚡︎
You ask Claude to build a dashboard, a tracker, or a report — and it creates a live interactive page inside your workspace that you can reopen any time. Instead of a one-time answer, it continues to pull live data. Here is why this is so useful: if your data lives in an external tool, a property management platform, a CRM, Google Spreadsheet or Excel file, and that tool has an MCP connector, Claude can access that data directly. An MCP connector is essentially a bridge that lets Claude talk to the tools you already use, meaning the data in your Live Artifact updates straight from the source. You're no longer logging into multiple portals and copying numbers by hand. This is my Airbnb portfolio dashboard. Revenue, occupancy, bookings, platform split, month-over-month comparison, all in one place. The data pulls from my property management platform (Hospitable). Instead of bouncing between platforms, you can now view whats important to you without leaving Claude. 𝗗𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁: - Your pipeline from your CRM. - Custom databases from Notion. - Website traffic from your analytics tool. - Social media metrics from your tracking platforms. - Annual and quarterly goal progress from your tracking dashboards. - Team task completion from your project management system. - Financial metrics from your accounting software. Anything you currently log into somewhere to check—if that tool has an MCP connector (just ask AI if it does), it can live in one dashboard you build once. MCP connectors already exist for most major tools like Google Sheets, Notion, HubSpot, and others, and setup takes a few minutes inside Claude's settings. Build the view once. Let it pull the data. Stop logging in everywhere. What is the first dashboard you’d want to build to stop checking three different tabs? Drop your ideas, or better yet, drop a screenshot of the Live Artifact you build in the comments below so we can all share different ways to use this.

Used: PROMPT 4: SELLER WEEKLY UPDATE GENERATOR
I used, with slight modifications, Prompt #4 from the 7 Prompts for Quick Wins in the course. I didn't limit this as I was going for more of an executive brief. Normally this would take me well over an hour. I uploaded 10 active comps, asked for an analysis and told it to include some key data points. Modified and personalized in about 30 minutes. If you care, I attached it here. Good Stuff!
Watch Claude CoWork Replay - Saved 1 Hour + (TRY IT)
Hey all. I watched Shoney's replay on CoWork. Downloaded the CoWork app, started my first project and gave it a task...Evaluate a file folder of Screenshots on my DropBox...I asked it to rename 38 Screenshots, give it a date and categorize and place in new folders. Start to finish it took maybe 10 minutes. To manually look through, rename, and drag and drop would have easily taken at least an hour. It's not a massive overhaul of the business...just proof of concept.
