Built an email agent for my real estate leads and am trying it on live requests. The first one requested homes with 3+ bedrooms priced under $500,000 in Round Rock. The agent found six exact matches along with photos and prices within seconds without me doing anything. I had another request on a particular address. The agent provided price and market conditions data, and if it didn't know everything, it just notified them. Received a seller lead as well. The agent asked for the deadline to sell the house instead of using a generic “thank you for your inquiry.” Always surprises me how quickly it replies. Have any of you tried something similar on the follow-up side?
