It used to be that your friends & family would call you for basic real estate questions. Now? Most of them will ask ChatGPT first. That means two things: 1- Surface-level answers won’t cut it anymore. If someone reaches out, assume they’ve already Googled it, asked ChatGPT, or read 3 blog posts. They don’t want the “Wikipedia” version — they want your expertise. 2- The bar is higher (but so is the opportunity). When they do call you, it’s because they: - Got a half-baked answer from AI - Or they’re ready to move forward and need a pro who’s been in the trenches Translation: Every conversation matters more than ever. AI has already “warmed them up” — you just need to deliver the real-world clarity they can’t get online.
