I once heard a line that stuck with me:
You’re only as happy as your unhappiest child. If you’re a parent, you instantly get it. What surprised me is how often this shows up in business and life too. You can have 90% of things going right…and your mind still locks onto the one thing that feels off. The conversation you’re avoiding. The decision you keep delaying. The loose end you keep telling yourself you’ll deal with “later.” And the tricky part is this…That unresolved piece doesn’t stay contained. It fractures your focus. Clouds your judgment. Quietly drains energy from what is working. Sometimes it even follows you home. Here’s the shift that actually changes things: Find the constraint. Face it. Fix it. Because when your mind isn’t busy avoiding something, it finally has the bandwidth to amplify what’s already going right. So I’m curious…What’s the one thing you’ve been tolerating that’s quietly taxing everything else? Drop it below if you’re open to sharing.
AI + Speed = Lead Conversion
A good-looking website is nice. But a responsive website? That’s where the money is. Most businesses don’t lose leads because of design they lose them because they respond too late (or not at all). By adding AI-driven lead handling instant replies, smart routing, and consistent follow-ups I’ve seen businesses turn missed opportunities into real conversations. It’s not about replacing people, it’s about making sure the human connection actually happens.
It's almost 2026!
Hello lovely AI Advantage family! I am Zac, I'm 54 and based in West London, UK. After having lived a very privileged and fortunate life (self-made from zero) I lost everything at the end of October 2020. Business, marriage, income, home (mansion!). Everything. I remember sobbing at a toll booth on a motorway (freeway) as I was down to my last £10 and had to pay £3 to get through and wondered how I would eat that night. The following 5 years were very dark, lonely times for me as I struggled with life, my own inner calling, purpose and what to do next. I moved home three times, bouncing from place to place. Nothing really stuck. I am far from perfect having made many mistakes but my heart was always in the right place. I am crap at working for others so was looking to do something on my own. Jobs at Amazon, a posh supermarket chain and an airline didn't fit. Then I had to return to my childhood home in west London to care for two elderly sick parents with dementia and cancer. My dad managed to fall over twice and smash his head open. Life had truly turned upside down for me. Here I was (still am!) in my childhood bedroom, living with parents with nothing to show for it. Aged 54. Then ChatGPT came alone almost two years ago and I dabbled and played around with it and tried to learn about it and the other models, watching YouTube videos and learning. Then Dean and Tony launched this product. I have been part of their community through UPW and KBB since 2019. I trust them. I know them. So I signed up for The AI Advantage. My mission is to become an AI millionaire solopreneur in 2026. Not just for ego. Not just for economic security. Not just to help my family who are suffering. But because I have unfinished business with my younger self. I was successful twice before and blew it. I believe AI is now a once in a lifetime opportunity and this is my third climb of the mountain. I have no coding experience and I am a college dropout. I will happily share all I am doing with this community in the hope that it inspires, teaches and helps each and every one of you.
Automated Messages + AI
Hi All, I am looking to automate Instagram DMs using ManyChat along with AI so that the templates sound more human-like vs. sounding like a robotic template. Will appreciate any help on how to get started with this. Thanks in advance
