What are the best practices for good communications
Many of us are working with partners in our work to bring AI solutions to businesses and others.
Do have any advice or thoughts on how to manage good communications with a partner in one's business so things stay respectful and productive?
I have found its very important help the other person I'm talking with feel they've been heard before I go on to make whatever point I want to share with them.
