Question for those who are know about the 3D world!!

I have someone wanting to buy my art for a 3D Gallery. Is that a real thing? Here is what he sent me: “I call my virtual exhibition space ”The Threshold Gallery” . It’s not a registered business name – it’s the name I’ve given to my curated space inside the Yuga Labs metaverse (Otherside).”

Does anyone here know anything about this? I have no idea and want to make sure I am being scammed and that the situation is legitimate!
