Integrating these 3 as a healthcare service provider

I am building the foundation of integrating my scheduling wellness software called Timely that has a Zapier connection integration and Zapier can also connect to my wix website??

Now Claude and Chat gpt helping me with my email automations in wix. What I noticed that in my Timely scheduling system, when people book online or new clients, it triggers Zapier to send an email automation, which is phenomenal.

It's awesome that Wix and Zapier can work together.

So i have 2 ways to grab all the people that book online in Timely and all my visitors and forms submitted on my Wix.

I am sure there is soooo much more to learn and tools to use.

I specifically, ask claude for the instructions and it is very specific in helping me which is nice.

Although i'm thinking if I have too many software programs at this time.So I am navigating deeply to see the best solution .
