Quick story.

I was in Bengaluru for a few days and didn’t want to skip my workouts. So I did what any normal person would do.

I texted multiple gyms on WhatsApp. I even called a few.

Out of 9 gyms?

7 didn’t reply.

Most calls went unanswered.

That’s when it hit me.

These businesses aren’t losing customers because of competition.

They’re losing them because they’re not present.

Same week, a friend of mine lost 2 solid leads.

Reason? He didn’t reply on WhatsApp at 6 AM.

No follow-up. No second chance.

People often ask me, “What are you building?”

Honestly, I’m just holding up a mirror.

Leads don’t disappear.

They move on to the business that replies first.
