I have been using AI like Chatgpt for everything from
- creating groceries list - and developing recipes
- building competence and comprehension
- > ex. I often use it to build scripts for phone calls So I can get the information I need while taking away from any anxiety.
- I have had conversations with Chatgpt , where I ask questions and deep dive into topics
- And helped me with understanding social situations , By Me explaining my interaction and asking questions.
I have made huge progress with my adhd , social anxiety , and managing my energy .
