Recently I've learned about microtubules, they're a protein structure in neurons, that potentially could be the source of human consciousness. This topic, I've found, to be a hot debate.

Because what the Penrose-Lucas argument purposes would mean that Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) is actually much further in the future than first believed. AGI development is theorized upon the number of neural connects found in human brain activity:

;however, if the Orch-OR Theory is upheld that number becomes:

1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000

Because then each neuron has billions of connections within themselves. So what does this mean?
