An AI agent just outperformed an entire SDR team in under 15 minutes.

This was honestly wild to watch.

A moving company had thousands of old leads sitting in their CRM. People who had filled forms, asked for quotes, then disappeared.

The owner had one closer.

But the closer wasn’t really “closing” most of the day.

He was:

Calling numbers manually.

Waiting for people to pick up.

Repeating the same intro 100 times.

Re-asking basic questions.

Getting ghosted.

Talking to people who were never serious anyway.

So they changed the process completely.
