Ai, overthinking, & open tabs...Oh my

Hi everyone 😊 I’m Trish. I work full-time and recently started diving deeper into AI because… my brain has too many ideas and not enough organization sometimes 😂

I’m really interested in learning how to use AI to create content and build community in a way that still feels human and doesn’t completely consume your life. A lot of online content systems feel way too heavy for real people with actual responsibilities lol.

Excited to learn from everyone here and see how people are using AI without losing their voice in the process.

Fun fact: my Notes app is basically chaotic detective-board energy filled with content ideas and random psychology observations 😅
