For agency-managed services where calls and WhatsApp are usage-based, how do you usually handle billing with clients?
Do you track usage internally, pass it through, or bundle it into the monthly?
For example, if a client pays $500/month but receives 700+ call minutes, how would you typically handle that in practice?
