@Loleta Stanton Wow!! 15lbs??? That’s amazing!! I am so happy that you have been able to experience life without food restrictions 🤗. You absolutely CAN do this. You already are 😉. So glad the group has been able to help keep you on track. Watch, a few months from now you’ll be on auto pilot & it’ll be so natural for you. You should be so proud of yourself. You’re accomplishing something most people WISH they could. Proud of you girl! 🫂

Y’all… I’m shook right now 😭. I just stepped on the scale today and I’m down 11 lbs in 24 days. I didn’t even feel like I was dieting. I’ve been eating everything I love and enjoying myself. This focus on protein is so life changing for me. This community is just different 🫶🏾. Thank you @Karmen Stewart and @Monique Williams for keeping me accountable. I appreciate yall so much

I lost 22lbs effortlessly with Karmen!
Honestly, I’m not entirely sure how much weight I’ve lost since I started working with Karmen, but I think it’s around 22–23 pounds. One of the biggest struggles I had with weight loss was feeling like I was always on a diet,eating healthy, exercising consistently but never actually losing weight. It wasn’t until I started working with Karmen that weight loss genuinely became effortless. She gave me a super easy plan to follow, and once I actually stuck to it, the weight immediately started falling off. The best part is, I can still eat the same foods I normally eat day-to-day. I just modify them to fit the plan and I’m still able to lose weight every single week. All I literally have to do is stick to the plan, and weight loss has become effortless for me. That’s crazy for me to say because I’ve been overweight for the past 25 years of my life. The fact that Karmen was able to help me change that in just a few months has been mind-blowing. If you’re on the fence about working with Karmen, I would say it would be a mistake to choose anyone else but her. @Karmen Stewart I just want to give a BIG thank you to you. Working with you literally changed my life and I am so thankful that I found you when I did.

You brought such powerful energy to this community 💕🙌🏾.” Also, I wanted to give y’all a quick update. The next 7-Day Shift Challenge will officially begin Sunday, September 7th. 🙌🏾 I’m taking this week to put a few things together so we can all start fully prepared and set up for success. 🌱 In the meantime, I’ll be opening up some of the Day 1 videos so you can get familiar with The 272 Shift™.
