I guess not all panic attacks are bad ones

Time for my new beginning

A new life. Saying good bye to things no longer aligned to my frequency.

And yesterday— two days ago this happening and Our call 12:15 that wasn’t random

at noon there was a spike of energy from the solar flairs smacking the earth. I was feelin it.

Earths vibration (earth breathing) at 7.82hz we had a spike up to 70-80 hz which to us as humans it’s an energy frequency spike and that is the min that she started to freak out! the earth had powerful electromagnetic signals being blasted at us causing a full body shed -all chakras

So it’s like the collective consciousness exploded and shed all sorts of old energy’s to make room for new heightened frequencies

Getting rid of old thought patterns and situations holding us back and then had a complete dna upgrade at the same time then the lower white spikes after , It causes random aches and body pain random disruptions in thought. Time line jumps and all sorts of stuff , Pulling up random situations that still bother us and allows us to react to them w ease n allow clarity and understanding to heal.

I let go and all this energy making me restless af and a spike in my psychic level consciousness exploded And the last 24 hrs I’ve been getting all sorts of crazy ideas

Like some next level creepy conspiracy shit research research all day and holy f 🤯
