Speak to yourself in your mind like you would to a best friend

Your inner voice in your mind must be kind to you or you will be miserable and unhappy no matter what. The perfect balance between holding yourself to a high standard and being kind to yourself is speaking to yourself like a best friend in your mind. I learned this in a mental health course called the science of wellbeing. And ever since I applied it myself it changed my life. So how do you do this? You may be wondering. Here is how, you do these 4 things as the pre requisite to using the talk to yourself in the best friend voice, other wise you would probably forget or something, and when you do these things you will just like yourself better: 1. Meditate, download the medito app, and just start small, and work your way up to at least 5 mins a day, every day. 2. Gratitude, begin gratitude journaling every day, this forces yourself to have more positive thoughts, 3. Eat clean, do not eat seed oils, processed junk, eat natural good healthy food, that does not have weird or artificial ingredients. 4. Heal trauma, I have spoke about this many times, simply bring up the past unprocessed emotion and do a healing method like shaking, this is the most important.
