Morning Meeting with Weather Watchers
Hi Dear Ones, In this video I outline an example of a Mindful Moment, one that could contribute towards the 100 For Earth Initiative. This particular practice neutralises the class energy at the beginning of the day and creates a focused internal energy for a productive start to the day. Ps, There's an online meet today (30.08.25) ... There's a 🔗 in the calendar tab to learn more about this Initiative. See you there? 💙 For Earth and it's little humans Best for your day, Laura

Morning Meeting with Weather Watchers
Begin the School Day: Brief Calm for Focus Strategy
Hi, Teachers, This is an example of a Mindful Moment, that could be used towards your 100 For Earth mindful moments. It enhances not only personal well-being, offers a calming strategy but also fosters connection with the Natural World. 🌤️ Looking for a simple way to transition from morning arrival energy to group connection and focus? Try this brief strategy first in the morning as you greet your class outside at arrival. 🌇 Find a spot outdoors where you and your students can face the direction of the sun (without looking directly at it). With your eyes on the horizon, take a moment to simply soak in the light. This small practice, especially in the first part of the day, helps our bodies align with the natural rhythm of the sun, which is scientifically proven to enhance focus and energize in a productive way. The result? A moment of visual calm that grounds your students, creates a gentle connection to the earth, and helps everyone find their center before they re-enter the classroom. ✔️ 1 of 100 For Earth 😉
