🌤️ Looking for a simple way to transition from morning arrival energy to group connection and focus? Try this brief strategy first in the morning as you greet your class outside at arrival.
🌇 Find a spot outdoors where you and your students can face the direction of the sun (without looking directly at it). With your eyes on the horizon, take a moment to simply soak in the light. This small practice, especially in the first part of the day, helps our bodies align with the natural rhythm of the sun, which is scientifically proven to enhance focus and energize in a productive way.
