Why save money on taxes?

Because I worked hard to earn it and therefore I want to keep as much money as I can. I can use the money to buy more properties and or business and create generational wealth for my kids.

Where am I in my Journey?

I currently own four long term rental properties and I am looking to buy my fifth one early in 2026, but wish I new about tax strategies a lot sooner

My big domino?

I would like to connect with more investor minded individuals that have done many deals before and have the experiences that I did not have when I started investing in real estate since doing 20% in each deal may be the naive way to go about it.
