What is the farthest you'll drive for a monthly rent customer

For those who are well into their rental journey, what're you using for your rental contract? Anything to know in order to get one drafted up or is there a decent template to use in the meantime?

I bought 2 "washer and dryer sets" ($300 per) on Monday and already have installs scheduled for WED and THURS. These will be my first installs. Once I get over this learning curve I'm sure I'll be more familiar with what I'm doing. 🤞
