Working washer and a broken dryer. I sold the washer for $200. No repairs needed. The dryer needed a $25 heating element. Sold it for $225. Total of $400 profit off of one lead.

Got this lead for a working washer and dryer. Listed them and sold them a week later for $450. No repairs or cleaning necessary. Doesn’t get much better than that

Just got this set to pick up. $5 lead and these are direct drive. Going to add to the fleet for about $700 a year income. I have some that don’t answer the phone sometimes, but for $5 it’s easy to make it up other times.

I got a lead the other day to pick up a dryer. It was well taken care of and the guy said he couldn't figure out what was going on with it and he had tried to fix it. Everything was super clean on the inside when I took it apart to test. I couldn't find anything wrong so I plugged it in and there was no heat. I looked up at the dial and it was on air fluff. I turned it off air fluff onto high heat and everything worked great!
