New here! couple of questions
Hey guys! So I've been just fixing and selling machines is it worth it to do both? Is there a certain type of machine you classify as rental vs sale? I like the selling part because it's one and done

Hello, John.I'm new to the group as well. I've only learned that you ideally wanna rent the direct drive washers with dryers, typically whirlpool and kenmore.

Glad to be part of the group!
I bought 2 "washer and dryer sets" ($300 per) on Monday and already have installs scheduled for WED and THURS. These will be my first installs. Once I get over this learning curve I'm sure I'll be more familiar with what I'm doing. 🤞

@Mark Allred That's awesome Mark. 👍 Thanks for sharing. I went to my first install today which was a total flop. The guy was not a good fit and I don't think he could pay the $60/month fee. I professionally DECLINED his delivery/install. I'm learning as I go as-well. I have one tomorrow and I had a conversation with her over the phone this afternoon. She's a good fit and she understands how this works. She already include my washer/dry on her insurance.
