Hey Kyler, just recently a few days ago. Right now just hunting for my first unit/set to either flip or rent out. Excited to get started. I'd love to see both repair vids for lesser known issues as well as wins from other members. Motivation is great all around. I'd also love some more discussion on scaling and what is working for others'.
