“Where are the Black women making millions?”

A post went viral recently — a room full of women founders, all doing seven and eight figures. Beautiful. Powerful. The kind of thing we say we want to see more of.

I scrolled the whole thing looking for us.

We weren’t there. Not a single Black woman in the room smh.

And people noticed. It went viral partly because of the money, and partly because of who was missing from the picture. 💅🏽

So let me add to the picture.

I’m typing this as I board a plane.

I’m taking our Luxe and Diamond clients on a private retreat — a yacht experience, a few days away, the whole thing. These are women doing anywhere from half a million a year to eight figures. Every one of them a Black woman.

This part is just for them. Then the whole mastermind comes together for the full retreat.

None of them started at seven figures. Every one started at a number that felt big and scary at the time, then got the coaching, the sales system, and a room full of women who’d already done it.

That’s the part the headlines skip. We’re here. In plenty.

And don’t worry we’re only gonna get louder… because representation matters.
