New week new beginning!
At the start of every week I set the tone for the week.
Ask yourself the question: What can you do better than last week?
No matter how big or small, there are always things to be better at.
My personal intention for this week: See mistakes as lessons, not as failures. Try to learn and recalibrate when things don't go my way instead of being frustrated.
