Two Big wins that I wanted to give a shoutout this week! @Bacon Dao Improved his Push press to split stance from 48 to 76 KG in the last couple of months. This is a great indicator of explosive power that he was able to improve on 💪 @Prince Dadzie Improved his Back Squat from 157 to 183 KG!!! Prince used to be on my elite coaching and has been making some crazy gains in the last months but this shows you that the progress never stops if you just keep grinding Amazing job from both athletes 🔥

Hey today, I started a proper weight room program and I'm headed to my basketball skills training. Yeah I started my grind to be a professional athlete and I'm trying to create a balanced diet to gain weight,that's about it.
Loving this
Before I was just using my notes app to log my workouts. It was kind of all over the place to be honest I was struggling to keep up. Now actually having these workouts where I can track what I’m doing on a day to day and actually see what I’ve increased over the weeks/months is an absolute game changer. Honestly can’t wait to get stuck in to some of these other programs
