Month 2 Performance Workout
Month 2 Performance Program. While adding in small changes such as lifts and plyometrics, as well as volume of work, Month 2's program builds off of Month 1. The overall goal is building capacity for Strength, Hypertrophy and general Acceleration. There are Box Jumps included as well to not only help acceleration but also make sure we are able to apply things into a vertical pattern to help you on the court more.

Volleyball Players Need Max-Velocity Training for Higher Jumping

Sprints=Massive Gains in Volleyball
If you aren't exploring becoming a better sprinter at 10-50 Yards or Meters, you are leaving gains on the table for your volleyball performance. How many of you do sprints with quality rest in between reps to help be a more explosive volleyball player?
measuring technology
I want to jump higher and I train a lot but I dont really know if I am improving and what is holding me back. There is a lot of technology these days, but I get overwhelmed by it. I saw things that track recovery (like RHR and HRV and sleep) and more for performance and gym sessions (like OVR, outputsports measuring CMJ, VBT) and then there is also things to measure jump hight like Myvert, OVR and also outputsports (but i heard some of these are not good for an aproach jump) and then there is also a lot of AI stuff wich tracks almost everything like ROM and RIR (based on speed of the reps for example) and makes your workouts very personal. Sorry for the long intro but my question is what are good devices and worth the money to really get better in performance )while keeping the costs somewhat low)
