Processing the application
When actually processing a clients application, how do you handle the paperwork? Do you have them notarize the documents and then mail them to you? Do you have them notarize the documents and submit the application themselves? In Arkansas they require originals to be submitted as opposed to scanned copies so I can’t just email the client the document and have it notarized, for them to email it back to me.
