Greetings, I just wanted to share how I do my due diligence to confirm if there is a surplus. I have found, often what I see may not be the full picture. Therefore, I use the county (FL-Orange County) to help me. They are very responsive!! I first look at the certificate of dispersement. If there is a surplus , then I want a second pair of eyes to confirm it. Attached is 1) what I found (195k surplus). 2) My email to the county, 3) The counties response. This case, because of no surplus, goes in my inactive file now. 😞😂. Next! Now, if the surplus was good, I would then research contact information so that I could attempt to get them/heirs under contract. If all goes well, I would send to the Attorney to submit the claim to the county.

Are we doing what we need to do to be successful ? This is an enormous business opportunity. If we keep at it, we will get our share of people who say yes. We have to spend time obtaining our lists and then contacting the person by phone, text or email. We all can make it work. We need to make enough calls, not get discouraged by the challenges, and follow the system. Don't reinvent the wheel. The cycle of opportunity never ends. There will be disappointments and days we won't see much fruitage from our labors, but every day we want to take a few positive steps. We can do this and make it work. Let's keep encouraging one another !

Well, I had another day of making phone calls and leaving messages. Send emails and text messaging nothing yet but the good thing is it’s a Numbers game the more I do this the sooner it all will come in I will not give up. I will keep pushing and win. I have the favor of God and it’s always a good day for me thank God. Happy dance!
