State fund situation
The situation as follows: In 2023 two cashier's checks were issued by Wells Fargo to my client but never received. The state is requesting the following information the original check and/or document verifying business dealings with the reporting company as it relates to the funds in which he is working on obtaining previous bank statements through Wells Fargo. My question is there another way to obtain these funds besides Wells Fargo?
