No Cold Call Just went and knock on my first Tariff door knock
Hey there, amazing Warriors! Guess what? I just had a fantastic chat with a local lead who connected me with 6 incredible leads. People are definitely interested, and that’s absolutely thrilling! I had a wonderful conversation with a well-known local fruit distributor who introduced me to 6 amazing leads from AZ to California. Everyone is excited, and we can’t wait to see where this adventure takes me! We met in the meeting room and had a three-way call with the AZ distribution company, where the local owner kindly shared the other 5 names and numbers for me to reach out to. I kept it simple and told them that I was a lead generator for a group of attorneys on a mission to help recover their tariff funds. I also offered a referral fee and suggested we give it a try since there’s so much to gain to their bottom line.

Got my first deal working
I switched to sending red envelope letters to my Mortgage Foreclosure leads first to establish my credibility before reaching out by phone and email. So I got two phone calls yesterday. The first was a lady who did not know that her deceased father had vacant land in Florida, the surplus being $ 21k. She felt, based on my letter, I was legit and said, " Sure, sign me up, so we are in the process of firming up a Notary appt. The 2nd call was from Minnesota. I followed David's instruction to check out Minnesota, as there is an impending June 30th deadline for claimant to get their money back, or the state keeps it. I mailed out 2 letters just for giggles and got 1 call with a $89k surplus. The challenge is that the daughter is frustrated with her father because he has done nothing, and they have known this for a year. She was hoping they did not have to get the father involved, but I explained he is the next in line, as his wife had died, even though he was not on the property title, he's next in line. So if you are feeling that the phone calls aren't moving you along. Try letters. For $100 in postage a month, you could also get a call. I'll make enough from this deal to cover my postage for the next year. Try it, and I love to hear about your success. NOTE: MY wife was very excited to see me getting a call, and she knows what I'm doing and why I spend the time attending the coaching calls

You're a rock star my friend ... I'm so happy for you because you kept it going by trying other avenues .. sure nice to see the families getting "their" funds .. that's what this is about !!
where hope turns into faith
I'm excited to working surplus funds and helping people reconnect lost or misplaced funds. I HOPE I can learn and stick with the program. I don't have many computer skills. I did learn how to turn off my laptop today.
