Contract issue for investigator
Hey warriors!! So, I'm not sure if anyone else that works CA state has experience this. So, CA has a investagor agreement form on their website. However, that agreement form gives the potential claimant all the information they need to cut you out. So, I have put my own contact together but I'm not sure if it will cause an issue.

@David Church Does the funeral home usually charge ro issue a copy? The only problem with that is alot of times they wouldn't know what funeral home took care of the burial.

Under what name do I look for California Surplus funds? All I can finds Surplus auctions.

I need some advise
I have a potential claimant. The property has her father (deceased), and her brother on it. She said the brother whose name is on, told her years ago that he has lawyers on it and she is not permitted to do anything. I mentioned to her that has a heir to her father she is entitled to apart of the money. She agreed to pursue it, I sent over the contract and claim form and she text to say she is worried about the lawyers
