Excellent Interview Celebrating Diversity and Creativity
Hey all, thought I would share one of my latest interviews I did with the wonderful Danielle Nicolet and her co-star Cleo Berry. You may or may not know I am a HUGE superhero/comic nerd and Danielle was a big part of "The Flash" television series, besides co-starring with The Rock and Kevin Hart in the film, "Central Intelligence." Danielle is making her feature film directorial debut and co-starring in the new film, "Long Time Listener," a thriller set where a "gulp," podcaster get's murdered. The film thriller is premiering on April 2, on ALLBLK, one of the AMC television and streaming networks. It features an all-black cast and the storyline centers around lgbtq leads. Danielle does a wonderful job directing this movie, with elements of Billy Wilder throughout. Cleo Berry is an up and coming star, who has the humor and the heart to bring characters to life, and co-stars as the gay co-host of this fictional, true crime podcast. If you have the chance, I think you will enjoy this fun interview and all of the great diversity that surrounds it.

Excellent Interview Celebrating Diversity and Creativity
New podcast Ep. w/ Sue Wicks, 1st active WNBA player to come out publicly in 2002
Hi Syndicate! I thought this episode might be of interest. Sue is an LGBTQ+ trailblazer with an impressive roster of sports accomplishments (more below). Beyond that, she's a gentle soul who thinks and cares deeply - and also has a great sense of humor. The episode includes her memories about coming out in a highly-public way at a time when sexual orientation was rarely discussed...the backlash she did/didn't receive and from whom...and the progress she's seen since. Plus more, of course :) . If you do listen, I hope you enjoy. More about Sue's accomplishments: • All-time leading scorer and rebounder in Rutgers basketball history – men’s or women’s • NY Liberty team leader from the WNBA’s inaugural 1997 season through 2002, where she was an All-Star and reached the Finals four times • Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame in 2013 • LGBTQ Hall of Fame Inductee Class of ’26
