I use to listen to this audio book about how to fix overthinking and it really helped me understand the power of critical thinking. Thinking fast and slow by Daniel Kahneman Just from our basic senses the brain gets up to 11million bits per second of information. At the end of the day That’s alot of info lol please enjoy every second of how marvelous our brain is.

Had to head down Pittsburgh way this morning to drop some marketing materials and a press release to review for one of my marketing clients. Luckily, I was able to do a side trip and have a great meet IRL with Syndicate member @Aidan McClain over coffee and breakfast. Besides feeling a lil old and short, (he’s a giant, lol,) it was a great chat and helped get my mind off of losing my friend. Aidan is a super smart digital creator and marketer and I loved bouncing ideas around with him. He is helping members @Art Smith and @Shanti Gold with insightful SEO optimization for their businesses and I can’t recommend him high enough, for hiring him for a one time SEO Audit. You get much more than just a ‘one sheet’ of “this sucks and do that,” you get a comprehensive plan for improvement. Hi all, a big win for last week was getting our Production Insurance sorted out in rapid time (due to our previous insurance falling through) all thanks to the help of fellow member Norman Wagner he helped me find the perfect company who walked me through everything and we had it all sorted, arranged and finalised within a day. Was a great relief as the impact of no insurance was HUGE! Big thanks Norman.
