When you care about someone, it’s natural to see the path that could help them.
You might create the plan.
Share the idea.
Offer the advice.
Point out the opportunity.
Make it easier for them to take the next step.
And then they don’t take it.
That can feel frustrating, especially when you can see what is possible for them.
But we can’t want more for someone than they want for themselves.
We can support.
We can encourage.
We can open doors.We can be ready when they are.
But we can’t walk the path for them.
Today’s POWERUP: put your energy where it can actually make a difference. Support others, but don’t carry the responsibility for choices that aren’t yours to make.
