YOUR DAILY HQ POWERUP MESSAGE
When were you last brave? I mean really took a risk that might not pay off? If you can’t remember, it’s time to take bold action. It doesn’t always work as you planned, but if that’s the case you will probably learn more than from the successes.

Three years ago when I set out on the Wheeliehog journey. I gave up something that I loved to do it and took on a big loan. It's definitely taking more than it's giving back at the moment, but hey, I'll keep moving forward!

@Roslyn Whiting I'm sure they will and I'm OK with it all. I've learnt a lot of what not to do definitely 😂 and it's interesting watching myself go through it in a way. Things are starting to align! 🙃
Prepping for Florida
Sorry for my absence. Overwhelmed with Florida prep. Slowing getting there but may be 2 more weeks to get back into work mode. Til then I’ll leave you with this one…

Encouraging Feedback
I am running a leatherwork course this week, starting tomorrow. I am always a bit apprehensive before each course but with my anxiety levels being high at the moment, I'm feeling it more. One of my students who is going to be there and been on previous courses told me in an email today "I'm looking forward to seeing you again too and the lovely relaxed, learning atmosphere you create." What a lovely thing for her to say and really encouraging.

Mission accelerator live 2026 begins today!!
It starts today. Right now, a small group of people are on their way to the Peak District. Phones still buzzing. Heads still full. Carrying the same pressures, questions and ambitions they’ve been holding for months and years. Over the next five days… Something will shift. Not because of motivation. Not because of hype. Because they’ve stepped out of their normal environment… And into a different one. An environment where: The noise drops The conversations go deeper The standards rise And the truth becomes harder to ignore There will be moments this week where it gets uncomfortable. Where decisions have to be made. Where old patterns get challenged. Where people realise they’ve been playing smaller than they’re capable of. And then there will be the moments that matter. When something clicks. When clarity lands. When someone steps forward instead of holding back. Those are the moments that change things. Not instantly. But permanently. Most people will go through this week like any other. Meetings. Emails. The usual. A few will go through a completely different experience. Same 5 days. Very different outcome. If you’ve ever had the feeling that you and you’re business are capable of more… You’re probably right. For those of you on the way to Misssion Accelerator Live right now… this is your moment. Go all in. (And for everyone watching… just pay attention to what comes out the other side.) Mission Accelerator 2026 Begins Today Live and in person.. Let’s Go!! MATT

Just keep going
I have this week off of work. It's a full week with lots to do as usual but also time to work on the Wheeliehogs. So, yesterday I got myself ready to record 6 stories whilst sat in the sunshine. They were sunshine appropriate stories so yesterday was perfect. It took me nearly 3 hours to find the microphone. My house looked as though a poltergeist had visited. I pulled out furniture, looked through draws and cupboards, but no luck. Strategy: sit with a coffee, relax and see if I remembered where it was, and I did...phew! I could still fit a couple of stories in before attending a late afternoon appointment. Great. Got them recorded. Reviewed the stories that evening and realised I hadn't turned the microphone on. No sound. I'd read them straight through with no slip ups as well. Grrrrrr! Yesterday felt like a waste. I'd wasted time. I couldn't attend HQ training and achieved very little. Looking back. I got to sit in the sunshine and read the stories through. I learnt to double check the microphone before recording. I cleared out some draws and cupboards. Today is also sunny, so I get to sit in the sun this morning and do it all again before heading off to more appointments this afternoon. I can catch up with the training. And, tomorrow is also sunny. Wriggle Room. Spot on!
