Can I ask you something personal? 👇
How many of you step on the scale first thing in the morning and let that number decide how you feel for the rest of the day?
And how many of you have sworn it off completely and never look back?
I know we’re all different with this one. 💙
But for those of you who DO weigh yourself can I offer you something to think about?
The scale has absolutely no idea how strong you’re getting.
It can’t see that you added 5lbs to your deadlift this week. It doesn’t know you hit 100g of protein three days in a row. It has no clue that your jeans are fitting differently or that you actually LIKED what you saw in the mirror this morning.
So what if alongside the scale or instead of it you started tracking THIS? 👇
💪 Are you lifting heavier than last month?
📸 Have you taken a progress photo lately?
🥩 Are you consistently hitting your protein?
⚡ Is your energy better than it was 30 days ago?
🛏️ Are you sleeping more soundly?
Because THOSE things tell the real story of what’s happening inside your body.
The scale measures gravity. Nothing more.
It does not measure your strength, your consistency, your muscle, or the woman you’re becoming through this process.
So tell me are you a scale person or have you ditched it? I’m genuinely curious where this community lands on this one. 👇
