Well, to follow up my last post….I went into labor and had my baby girl that night 😍🙌🏼!!!
Today I’m 5 days postpartum, just finished the Week 1 ; Workout #2. This one was focused on upper body and posture and I loved how it made me feel. So grateful for this program for giving me a guide to reintroducing movement safely after delivery!
