Hi Strong Moms 🤍 I wanted to share a quick update and a big thank you. We’re officially aiming to launch the Postpartum Program by the end of this month, and I’m so grateful for your patience as we build this intentionally, thoughtfully, and backed by real science. I promise — your patience will absolutely be rewarded. 30 weeks & strong as a mother!!!
a silly but fun goal / challenge for myself with both pregnancies was to be able to still squat 200lbs when I got to the 30 week mark. On Monday I hit 30 weeks and my 200 lb squat!! Super proud of this one 🙌🏼 some days, chasing around my toddler is the only activity I’m getting. But others, when I show up for myself in these ways, it feels like such a victory ☺️

Hi everyone!! I am currently pregnant with my second, due in February with a girl! We will be naming her Addison 😊 and I have a 2.5 yr old son named Hayden. I’m really looking forward to the launch of the postpartum programming because that will line up really well with my delivery. I am super excited for this program and community and can’t wait for what is to come!
