Hey @Nicole Rosenberg! A strIQ investor is turning her awesome luxury beach out into an airbnb in Ponte Vedra. Would love your thoughts on how much you think she could make in revenue if she a) rented out the entire place or b) only rented out the 2 rooms on the bottom and blocked off the rest of the house (FYI - BNB Construction in converting the garage to a 2nd bedroom which will allow for a private 2 bedroom suite with living and kitchen on bottom floor).
