Hi everyone, I'm excited to join this community! I'm an STR operator that has been invested in short term rentals since 2013. My business partner and I currently own about 15 properties with 45 total under management across 6 markets at our PM company ( Coolbnbs.com ) and I'm also an active broker at EXP Realty in Charlotte NC. I had the chance to meet Matt and learn all about STR IQ at the Limitless RE event about a month ago and had the opportunity to be featured on his 'Find it Friday' call a couple weeks ago. I'm doing my best to underwrite the potential demand from the Terafab facility that SpaceX is building near College Station and Texas A&M. At $16.8B I imagine the number of construction workers will be in the 10's of thousands over the next few years and want tap into the demand for MTR. Does anyone have experience with similar projects and MTR?

Hey everyone, I'm here to just take a look around. I have a friend of mine who's in real estate management in the Caribbean, specifically Aruba, and it caught my interest.
