At some point, we will all run out of our own money (unfortunate but true). So…. If our desire is for “financial freedom” and scaling, then we will need to learn the skill of raising capital. And it can ultimately be a huge blessing for us and those that we raise from - if we do it right. Highly recommend this book to anyone wanting to scale through STR real estate investing, but limited by the amount of capital you have.
