Hi everyone! I’m Alexis—I live in Knoxville, TN, and my STRs are in Historic Downtown Sevierville in the Smoky Mountains. I’m currently in Stage 4 – Scaling (launch phase). I’ve been developing a five-suite boutique STR called Victoria House and am getting ready to open. My 90-day goal is to successfully launch, dial in operations and guest experience, and build a strong foundation for direct bookings and future growth. The biggest thing holding me back right now is making sure all the final details, systems, and processes are in place so everything runs smoothly once we open—there are a lot of moving pieces at this stage!

New person here. Own a few long term rentals and purchased my first STR end of last year. Looking to find something for this year and just trying to streamline my analysis and underwriting process. Looking forward to learning more about Striq and connecting with you all.

This property seems like it could pencil: https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/159-Park-View-Ln-Shenandoah-VA-22849/227493700_zpid/ I suspect it needs 50K+ in improvements to bring it to max potential, but several around it are crushing it. I'm not able to find it on Striq, but AirDNA suggests around 70K, but currently making more like 20K with a pretty low rating. It's got some strong competition around it from what I can tell.
