IGNITE: WEEK 5 / WORKOUT 8 IS UP
Workout 8 is ready.
By now, you should be noticing something:
The exercises aren't taking as much mental energy.
You know the flow.
You know the setup.
You know what good movement feels like.
That's exactly where we want to be.
The goal isn't to constantly learn new exercises. It's to become more efficient, more confident, and more intentional with the ones that matter.
Your path:
IGNITE BW = Bodyweight track or IGNITE FULL GYM= Full Gym track
Both versions of Workout 8 are posted in the comments.
Today's focus:
Move with intention.
As you train today, pay attention to:
  • Setting up each exercise with purpose.
  • Controlling every rep, especially as fatigue builds.
  • Breathing well instead of rushing.
  • Finishing each set feeling like you could have done one or two more quality reps.
Remember, Ignite is laying the groundwork for everything that comes next. The athletes who get the most out of this program aren't the ones who rush through it—they're the ones who build great habits.
Train like you're practicing for the athlete you want to become.
When you finish, check in below with:
BW DONE or GYM DONE
And answer this:
What habit has improved the most over the last five weeks—consistency, movement quality, confidence, or something else?
