My name is Paris,（hong zhang) and I’m based in Orange County, California. Steven Boston introduced me to this community.

I’m actively looking for opportunities to acquire my first self-storage facility and would love to connect with owners, brokers, and other investors in the industry.

I’m especially interested in existing cash-flowing or value-add facilities, and I’m open to opportunities outside of California as well.

I recently attended the SSA conference in Las Vegas and learned a lot from speaking with owners and brokers. I’m excited to continue learning and hopefully find the right opportunity.
