Hello STNDRD family, I was thinking the other day, that in the workout builder section in the app why can't we have a feature to group the workout and form a custom program, with actual progression planning. And another thing that would be cool if we can send workouts, and programs ( if it got integrated ) to other STNDRD app users. What do you think of that?
