Been really focusing on my leg development this off season and pushing some weight. Finally hit 5 plates for 8 on hacks! Also, the knee wraps from Gym Reapers are 👌🏻.

Physique Update – 11.5 Weeks Out
Dropping a physique update as we get closer to June 27. We’re officially 11 weeks and 5 days out. Next week I’m getting with a posing coach to really dial in men’s physique posing. Right now, I’m a total novice. I’ve basically just watched a few YouTube videos and reels at this point lol. Overall, I’m happy with the progress. It’s amazes me how much we can change our body in less than 3 years. That being said, the loose skin is definitely frustrating at times… but that’s the price you pay for years of abuse. Most important part—I’m having a ton of fun with this process. Also—Fitlab here in Arizona has been unreal. Straight up feels like a candy land of equipment

Chasing Down 3X Bodyweight Squat 👀
Best I’ve hit is 545lbs for 3 (predicted 1RM 589lbs). I’ll be gunning down 600+📈 Gonna be documenting my journey. Sharing one of my favorite squat variations here - 4 sec disadvantageous pause. Coach Corey and NFL legend Myles Jack were making sure it was legit at the end 🤞🏽🤝🏽🫶🏽 Let me know if you need help with your squat!!!
