Yanked outta my head today. Had a solid Pull session before I went to the dentist. Have a prescribed active rest day tomorrow and then back to PPL leg session Friday morning. Any thoughts on whether I should work out as normal or give my mouth a few days to heal/recover. I’d hate to blow this clot outta my mouth just for the sake of Leg day…. Hope y’all are well!
