Hello Everyone 👋🏾 My name is Samiira. I launched my Airbnb in Paje last year, then transitioned it to a long-term rental. I resumed short-term rentals in December and have received a few bookings. To improve visibility, I’ve applied discounts to help with ranking, updated the primary photo, and adjusted pricing for the rainy season. I’m not sure whether the issue is with my listing, but I’m seeing very little traction in terms of bookings. The property is located about 500 meters from the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants and shops.
