Welcome home Sarah. Your short video reached me as a contrast to the dramatic ongoing global news.
Educator, Author and Thought Leader
Hi everyone! My name is Malkia Zimbi. I am 46 years old, Ethiopian🇪🇹 by heritage, and born in the United States. I have been in education for over 26 years, working in both charter and public schools, and I currently serve as Founder and CEO of Prepared Pathway Solutions in North Potomac. I am passionate about shaping the next generation of independent thinkers and fostering growth for students, teachers, and parents alike. I am new to this community, but I am excited to learn, connect, and share ideas on education, leadership, and personal growth. I joined this group because I believe deeply in nurturing potential and creating lasting impact (multi citizenship & properties)— both for today’s children and for future generations. I look forward to engaging with all of you and contributing to meaningful conversations. 🌟📚

Hi Malkia, I came across you post and I am super curious about you activities and you target. Education is a topic I crave to discuss because it seems like my visions and my approach on education differs from what we were accustomed to accept as standard. When you talk about “independent thinkers” and “fostering growth for students, teachers, and parents alike” I feel this message was sent for me to feel that hope is not dead. It would be cool if you could ask one of your loyal colleagues to link up with a brother representing a population a the edge of desperation.
Let’s Be Real: What’s Holding You Back From Starting?
Hey fam 👋🏾 Hope you’re doing well. I want to get to know where everyone is at in their Homebase journey right now, because I know many of you aren’t hosting yet, and that’s totally okay. Starting is the hardest part, and most people don’t get stuck because they’re lazy… they get stuck because something feels unclear, risky, or overwhelming. So I’m curious (and please be honest) Where are you right now? still dreaming, researching, choosing a country/city, looking at properties, or ready to launch? and what’s the ONE thing that’s holding you back from taking the next step? No judgment at all🙏🏾 I’m asking so we can support each other better and share the right resources, encouragement, and real-world steps.

Airbnb in ZNZ
Hello Everyone 👋🏾 My name is Samiira. I launched my Airbnb in Paje last year, then transitioned it to a long-term rental. I resumed short-term rentals in December and have received a few bookings. To improve visibility, I’ve applied discounts to help with ranking, updated the primary photo, and adjusted pricing for the rainy season. I’m not sure whether the issue is with my listing, but I’m seeing very little traction in terms of bookings. The property is located about 500 meters from the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. I've included the link below; maybe someone can identify what the disconnect might be. Thank you all! airbnb.com/h/amani-living

@Marvin Greiffenberg 100% I agree with this review.
A small miracle on my first day in Ghana...
Hey all. I made to Ghana. I'm staying with my host Dasse Francis (first name Francis) and his family. I'm in a Ghanaian home to start the trip (well they are actually originally from Ivory Coast so...) He oversees one of the churches in my global network of churches here. I am resting, fed well and I have a couple of days of light activities to adjust to being here. It's just perfect. Thanks for all your well wishes and prayers. My Ghana experience began today. So far so amazing! I attended the above described church today and it was a lot of fun. One of my most important missions while I am here is to find myself and my youngest daughter a drum. At worship today I bumped into an American man who is a music professor at the Berkelee School of Music in Boston. This man teaches African Music at, arguably, the top music school on the US! He actually teaches a course called The Djembe Drum for nNon-Percussionists! He turned me on to the absolute perfect person to custom make my drum for me and it's only going to cost me $100 and includes a case and custom carvings. On the very first day of my trip, one of my most important missions was hand delivered to me without me making any effort whatsoever! He also invited me to stay at his home in Aburi. This is one of my highlighted destinations for potential airbnb before I came but I haven't been able to find anywhere I felt great about to stay. I really wanted to see and get a grasp on Aburi but had not plans and no access and now he basically offered me the keys to his house! This is crazy. This is just how my life goes now everybody.😮😮 That's it for now. Love you all and thank you for the ongoing support. It is a great sense of comfort to know that you all are here. Love, peace and Justice!
